I placed my order online Sunday evening, had a question on Monday that got sorted out in just 5 minutes, and both bottles showed up just fine on Tuesday, with email notifications throughout. Awesome customer service, and I’d gladly shop with them again.

I ordered 6 bottles of Campo Leon and got them on the second day. Super easy, no hassle at all. Dealing with an independent business made this a pleasant experience. I totally recommend this company and their amazing red wine. We picked up our first two bottles from the winery in Soave and are thrilled to have discovered a supplier in the U.K. Seriously, you should give it a shot!

I got myself a dozen bottles of wine. They showed up nicely packed and were delivered by DHL in about 10 days. I'd definitely shop with Cheers again.

I ordered a case of wine after having a really nice chat with the owner. We agreed on a delivery time of 4 days. Fast forward to 10 days later, and even with daily assurances of delivery, I still hadn’t received anything. It seemed like the courier was the issue, but the company was more focused on tracking the missing case instead of sending me a replacement. I had planned two celebrations around this particular South African wine, and Andrew, the owner, was aware of that. Communication was lacking; I had to call every single day, and the promises of callbacks never materialized. It was really frustrating since I gave them plenty of chances to fix the situation. After I laid down an ultimatum for either a new case or a refund, they finally offered me a refund.

They sent me the wrong bottles of wine, and when I asked about returning them, they said I needed a chit but never provided one. They also claimed they couldn't give me a receipt when they picked up the wine, but promised I'd get an email confirming the return. And guess what? No email ever came. When I raised my concerns, they initially said I'd get a refund, but then they flipped the script. This company operates on a 'pick a card' system, and honestly, you can't trust a thing they say. It's a real shame...

I placed an order for some Brooklyn Insulated beer through their site and got an email confirmation. Four days later, I got a call letting me know they were out of stock. Then, I received another email saying it might take up to a month to fulfill my order. The staff member was nice enough, but in the end, they couldn't fix their error quickly. I ended up ordering from one of the many UK suppliers that had confirmed stock, and they delivered the next day. I really don't get why they couldn't sort this out for me as a first-time buyer. I've asked Cheers Wine Merchants for a refund.

I've been on the hunt for this specific wine for a while after trying what was just a generic house wine, Tiddy Widdy Well. I found out that Cheers Wine Mercants offered this wine after doing some online searching, and let me tell ya, their service and delivery speed were top-notch.

Last year, my wife and I took a long vacation in Australia and New Zealand. While we were there, we checked out several cellar doors and discovered a wine we really loved. We wanted to grab a few bottles for Christmas once we got back home. After some digging online, we found a couple of wine retailers that had it in stock. We chose Cheers, and it was definitely the right pick. Right after I placed the order, I shot a message to Cheers explaining our situation and requested that they hold off on the delivery until we got back. Not long after, the manager replied with a delivery date that fit perfectly within our timeline. True to their word, it showed up right on time in North East Scotland. I couldn't have asked for anything better.
